Jump-Fit​ classes are held on Monday(currently not available), Tuesday and Thursday.​

From July 2024 - Jump Rope classes will be managed by Northbridge Skipping Inc. until further notice.Meanwhile JumpFit will be rebranded for future Jumpers.
